Hey 8th Grade Parents!

On Thursday, January 26th we will be having an important HS transition informational night for parents and students of 8th graders at GMS. The event will take place in the GMS Gymnasium and representatives from the middle school, high school, Live Oaks, and a even college rep will be on hand to discuss future planning options. Hoops for Heart

Congratulations to GMS for participating in Hoops for Heart which raises money to support the American Heart Association. Students made donations per encore class to go to the gym and be active. Being active helps fight heart disease. Besides raising awareness, this year we reached a new goal and raised $1116.24. Way to go, GMS!

Congratulations to Sayyadina Hicks on her first place finish. Kacey Herlinger and Amber Farfsing finished 2nd and 3rd respectively! Way to go Warriors!

GMS Holiday Choir Concert

GMS and GHS Music programs put on an excellent show with their Holiday Concert! The evening ended with the annual performance of "Fruitcake" by all music students and alumni! So much fun for everyone!

2017-2018 School Calendar

The Goshen Board of Education adopted the 2017-2018 Academic Calendar at the December meeting. The goal of our academic calendar is to ensure a top quality education for our students.
This year's calendar ensures our students and staff will be provided the maximum amount of instructional time possible all the while keeping up with changes presented by state and federal law. Math Becomes Christmas Presents

8th graders in Mrs. DeNu's class made string art projects based on their knowledge of graphing equations. "They did such a great job!! They actually really liked the idea of making something for their parents for Christmas!" said Mrs. DeNu.
