
Today was another beautiful day at GMS!









It was twin day at GMS and the students did not disappoint!








Mr. Bohl sure is a fan favorite! Look how many students chose to dress up as him for "Students dress like teacher, and teacher dress like students" day! Very clever students!






GMS students have been participating in a spirit week to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The theme includes, students dress like teachers, pajama day, and beach day. Tomorrow is twin day and Friday is hat day! We will be collecting until next Friday!

Congratulations to our Spelling Bee winner, Ellie King and runner-up, Arianna Hampton! GMS is very proud of all the students who participated today!



Students in Mrs. Vogt’s and Mr. Bohl’s 6th grade classes are working on ancient civilizations. Today students bartered like the ancient Mesopotamians to learn about economics of that civilization.

GMS students kicked off the morning with clubs! Today we highlight: Gaga ball, chess, fitness, coloring, D&D, doodles, and photography clubs!











Meg was relaxing with the girls basketball team before practice yesterday! It's a great way to de-stress for the weekend! 🐾


In Mrs. Kelly's math class at GMS, students uncovered a proof of the Pythagorean Theorem during today's activity. Go Math!





GMS Career Tech students have been exploring Mechanical Engineering. In todays lesson, they had to collaborate with their group by effective communication. Each group member was responsible for building a piece of the 4-part model, in hopes that it would all fit together in the end. This group did amazing!

The Goshen Board of Education will hold its annual organizational meeting on Monday, January 8 at 6:30 followed by the regular monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Goshen High School Community Room.

So. Much. Festiveness. GMS ended the last day before break with 3 grade level dances, Kona Ice, Hoops for Heart, Tribe holiday celebrations, team activities, and an epic holiday sock contest. What a day! Happy winter break everyone!











GMS clubs are in full swing! Students had fun yesterday in various clubs such as: crafting, dancing, doodles, bracelet making, finance, running, nature, Lego, knitting, and many more! (We have 40 total!) It's great to find people who have common interests!

Mr. Bohl, of GMS, has started a nursing home outreach club! Today he will be delivering all these goodies and hand painted boxes that the students have created and collected to Venetian Gardens for the residents to celebrate Christmas!
